4M: Target Hero or Companion gets +6H. You can only use this ability once per round.

Frequently Asked Questions
Losing Paladin's Pauldrons will not make your Hero lose the health (H).
The amount of health (H) gained from the triggered ability is based on the base mana (M) cost of the Spell.
Both of the abilities can be negated in response to their triggers by either destroying Paladin's Pauldrons or removing it from the game.
If the active ability is negated in response to its activation, then you still have to pay the mana (M) cost.
Once per round abilities refresh at the start of your turn regardless of when they were used.
