The come into play effect can be negated in response by either destroying Ulle, removing it from the game, or causing it to lose its abilities.
The come into play trigger activates when ~ comes into play for any reason, not just when it is played from your hand.
The come into play effect is not optional, so you must use it when ~ comes into play.
Physical Damage is reduced by armor (R).
Hinder just prevents Ulle from attacking or using active abilities the first turn it's in play, so causing it to enter play on another player's turn would let you use it on your turn.
